Beef, Grilled, Korean

Ingredients

Galbi Marinade:

3/4 of an asian pear

6-7 cloves of garlic

2 inch block of ginger

1/2 onion

4-5 sprigs of green onion

1/2 cup of soy sauce

1/4 cup mirin

1/4 cup of water

2 tblspn sesame oil

2 tblspn honey

1 tblspn sesame seeds

1/2 cup of brown sugar


3 lb Korean short ribs or flank steak

Directions

Blend all ingredients together.

Marinate the meat for at least 24 hours. If using flank steak, be sure to use a tenderizer first.

Grill 2-3 minutes each side, or until desired doneness.
